Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Sear chicken in olive oil and butter 4–5 minutes per side.
  3. Remove chicken and sauté garlic.
  4. Add chicken broth and simmer 2–3 minutes.
  5. Stir in cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Whisk in Parmesan until smooth.
  7. Return chicken and simmer until fully cooked.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest sauce. Simmer gently to avoid curdling.
