Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Cook penne in salted boiling water until al dente.
  2. Sauté garlic in butter and olive oil.
  3. Add heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
  4. Stir in Parmesan and seasonings.
  5. Toss cooked penne with sauce and serve.

Notes

Use reserved pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
