Ingredients
  

Pork Chops
  • 4 boneless pork chops 1-inch thick
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp dried thyme
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear pork chops until golden. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add butter and garlic to the skillet and sauté briefly.
  4. Deglaze the pan with chicken broth and simmer.
  5. Stir in cream, mustard, paprika, thyme, and Parmesan.
  6. Return pork chops to skillet and simmer until cooked through.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture. Sauce thickens as it cools.
