Ingredients
  

Skillet Dinner
  • 1 lb sirloin steak sliced
  • 20 oz cheese tortellini fresh or refrigerated
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 2 beef broth cup
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Pot
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions and set aside.
  2. Season and sear steak in butter and olive oil until browned; remove.
  3. Sauté garlic, deglaze with broth, and stir in cream.
  4. Add parmesan and simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Add tortellini, spinach, and steak; toss and serve.

Notes

Best served immediately while sauce is silky and creamy.
