Ingredients
  

Spread Base
  • 1 cup green olives, pitted
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley chopped
  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Add olives, feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and zest to a food processor.
  2. Pulse until smooth but slightly textured.
  3. Add fresh herbs and pulse again to combine.
  4. Taste and season with pepper.
  5. Transfer to a bowl and chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Serve as part of a mezze board or spread on sandwiches for a bright, tangy flavor.
