Method
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and red pepper flakes.
- Add orzo pasta, chicken broth, and cream. Stir to combine.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer 12–15 minutes until chicken is cooked and orzo is tender.
- Stir in Parmesan until melted and creamy. Garnish with basil or parsley before serving.
Notes
This dish is best served fresh. If reheating, add a splash of broth or cream to revive the sauce. Perfect with a side of garlic bread or salad.
