  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces mushrooms sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 small onion diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Season and sear chicken until golden; remove.
  2. Cook mushrooms, onion, and garlic in butter.
  3. Add broth and cream; simmer until thickened.
  4. Return chicken and simmer until fully cooked.

Notes

Use cremini mushrooms for deeper flavor. Avoid boiling after adding cream.
