  • 6 pieces chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon thyme dried
  • 1 teaspoon parsley dried
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and parsley.
  3. Sear chicken in olive oil until golden on both sides, about 7–8 minutes total.
  4. Melt butter in skillet, add garlic, mustard, chicken broth, and cream. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Return chicken to pan, spoon sauce on top, and bake 25–30 minutes.
  6. Garnish with herbs and serve warm.
