Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
- Sear chicken skin-side down until golden; flip and cook briefly.
- Melt butter in skillet; sauté garlic. Add broth, cream, Parmesan, seasonings, and Dijon.
- Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce on top.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Best served with mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta to soak up the creamy sauce.
