  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp sweet paprika
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
  2. Sear chicken in olive oil and butter until golden and cooked through.
  3. Sauté garlic and zucchini in the same skillet.
  4. Add chicken broth, Dijon mustard, and remaining spices; simmer briefly.
  5. Stir in heavy cream; simmer until thickened.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce; garnish and serve.
