Ingredients
  

Dressing Base
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1.5 teaspoons cracked black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons milk as needed to thin

Method
 

  1. Whisk mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in parmesan, pepper, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  3. Add milk gradually until desired consistency is reached.

Notes

Freshly cracked pepper and real parmesan make all the difference in flavor.
