Pasta Salad
  • 12 ounces short pasta rotini or shells
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup green peas thawed
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and cool.
  2. Combine pasta, bacon, and peas in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk dressing ingredients until smooth.

Notes

Best served chilled; add extra dressing if needed before serving.
