Ingredients
  

Latte Base
  • 1.5 cups milk (any kind)
  • 2 tsp beetroot powder
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp rose water optional

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Warm milk in a saucepan until steaming but not boiling.
  2. Whisk in beetroot powder until fully dissolved.
  3. Add honey, vanilla, and cinnamon; whisk until smooth.
  4. Optionally add rose water.
  5. Froth and pour into a mug. Garnish as desired.

Notes

Use oat milk for the creamiest texture and best natural sweetness.
