Method
- Season chicken with half of the ranch mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
- Add cream cheese, chicken broth, and remaining ranch mix to skillet. Stir until smooth.
- Add heavy cream and cheddar; stir until melted and creamy.
- Return chicken to skillet and simmer 10–12 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Delicious over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles. Add crispy bacon for extra flavor.
