Pasta & Seafood
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 0.5 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 0.5 lb scallops
  • 0.5 lb white fish chunked
Cream Sauce
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
Topping
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and prepare cream sauce.
  2. Fold seafood into sauce and combine with pasta.
  3. Transfer to baking dish, top with cheese and breadcrumbs.
