Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 large chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Cook spaghetti until al dente.
  2. Season and cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
  3. Prepare cream sauce with butter, garlic, flour, broth, and cream.
  4. Add parmesan and simmer until thickened.
  5. Toss pasta with sauce and top with sliced chicken.

Notes

Add a splash of pasta water if sauce thickens too much.
