  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough 8 ounces
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 6 large eggs whisked
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Press crescent roll dough evenly into the bottom of the dish, sealing seams.
  3. Spread cooked sausage evenly over the dough.
  4. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together, then pour over sausage.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until eggs are set and top is golden.
  7. Cool 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, slice, and serve.
