Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Press crescent roll dough evenly into the bottom of the dish, sealing seams.
- Spread cooked sausage evenly over the dough.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together, then pour over sausage.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until eggs are set and top is golden.
- Cool 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, slice, and serve.
