- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix almond flour, salt, and seasoning in a bowl.
- Add egg and olive oil; mix to form a soft dough.
- Roll dough thinly between two pieces of parchment paper.
- Score into small cracker squares.
- Bake 12–15 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Cool completely, then break apart.
