Cracker Dough
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 egg large
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp seasoning blend of choice

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix almond flour, salt, and seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Add egg and olive oil; mix to form a soft dough.
  4. Roll dough thinly between two pieces of parchment paper.
  5. Score into small cracker squares.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes or until edges are golden.
  7. Cool completely, then break apart.
