Ingredients
  

  • 2 large apples firm variety, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or crushed graham crackers
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • cooking spray for crisping

Method
 

  1. Cut apples into wedges and pat dry.
  2. Set up 3 bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Dip apple wedges in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Spray apple fries and arrange in single layer.
  5. Air fry 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with dipping sauces.
