Potatoes
  • 1.5 lb baby potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Wash and cut potatoes if needed.
  2. Toss with oil, garlic, and seasonings.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  4. Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve.
