Method
- Pat wings very dry with paper towels.
- Toss wings with olive oil.
- Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, brown sugar, cayenne, and baking powder.
- Coat wings evenly with dry rub.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange wings in a single layer in the basket.
- Cook 20–24 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Air fry 3–5 extra minutes for extra crunch.
Notes
Use baking powder for maximum crispiness. Do not overcrowd the air fryer.
