Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil, then brown the ground beef.
- Add taco seasoning and tomato sauce; simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Arrange taco shells upright and fill with beef mixture and cheese.
- Brush shells lightly with olive oil and bake 8–10 minutes until crispy.
- Top with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and cilantro before serving.
Notes
For best crispiness, serve immediately after baking. Reheat leftovers in an air fryer.
