Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.75 cup breadcrumbs seasoned
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 2 eggs beaten

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken in pickle juice for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare baking sheet.
  3. Dip chicken in egg, then coat with parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Bake 22–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
