Ingredients
  

Brie Cranberry Flatbread
  • 1 large flatbread
  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 0.5 cup cranberry sauce
  • 0.25 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Place flatbread on sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Arrange sliced brie evenly across the flatbread.
  4. Spoon cranberry sauce over the brie and add fresh cranberries.
  5. Sprinkle thyme, salt, and pepper on top.
  6. Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese melts and edges crisp.
  7. Drizzle with honey, garnish with thyme, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Add crushed nuts for extra crunch or swap honey for maple syrup for a deeper caramel-like sweetness.
