- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Place flatbread on sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Arrange sliced brie evenly across the flatbread.
- Spoon cranberry sauce over the brie and add fresh cranberries.
- Sprinkle thyme, salt, and pepper on top.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese melts and edges crisp.
- Drizzle with honey, garnish with thyme, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Add crushed nuts for extra crunch or swap honey for maple syrup for a deeper caramel-like sweetness.
