  • 2 cups buttermilk
Coating
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken in seasoned buttermilk.
  2. Mix flour, cornstarch, and spices.
  3. Dredge chicken thoroughly.
  4. Rest breaded chicken 15 minutes.
  5. Fry at 350°F until golden and cooked through.
  6. Drain on wire rack and rest before serving.
