Ingredients
  

Pasta Chips
  • 3 cups cooked pasta short shapes like penne or farfalle
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook pasta until al dente, drain well, and allow to cool slightly.
  3. Toss pasta with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings until evenly coated.
  4. Spread pasta in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Cool briefly before serving; chips will crisp further as they cool.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can be re-crisped in the oven.
