Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook pasta until al dente, drain well, and allow to cool slightly.
- Toss pasta with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings until evenly coated.
- Spread pasta in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Cool briefly before serving; chips will crisp further as they cool.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh but can be re-crisped in the oven.
