Ingredients
  

Cabbage Steaks
  • 1 large green cabbage
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

  • Parchment paper
  • Sharp knife
  • Air fryer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Trim cabbage and slice vertically into thick steaks.
  3. Brush both sides with olive oil and season evenly.
  4. Roast in oven 25–30 minutes or air fry 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Serve immediately while crispy.

Notes

For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding and use high heat.
