- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Trim cabbage and slice vertically into thick steaks.
- Brush both sides with olive oil and season evenly.
- Roast in oven 25–30 minutes or air fry 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve immediately while crispy.
