Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta

Equipment

  • Slow cooker
  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Place chicken in the slow cooker and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Add garlic, butter, cream, and broth. Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
  3. Remove chicken and stir Parmesan into the sauce.
  4. Add pasta and return chicken. Cook until pasta is tender.
  5. Shred chicken, stir, and serve warm.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for best texture.
