- Place chicken in the slow cooker and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add onion, garlic, and chicken broth. Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
- Remove chicken, stir rice and butter into the broth.
- Return chicken and cook on LOW for 2 hours until rice is tender.
- Shred chicken, stir in cream, and cook 10 more minutes before serving.
Notes
Use long-grain rice for best texture.
