- Brown beef in olive oil and transfer to crockpot.
- Add potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic.
- Whisk broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire, flour, and spices.
- Pour over ingredients; add bay leaves.
- Cook on LOW 7–8 hours or HIGH 4–5 hours.
- Add peas in the last 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with parsley.
Notes
Mash some potatoes to thicken naturally if needed.
