Method
- Brown ground beef with onions and garlic in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
- In a bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, milk, paprika, garlic powder, and thyme.
- Grease crockpot and layer half of the potatoes on the bottom.
- Add half of the beef mixture, soup, and cheese. Repeat layers.
- Cook on low for 5–6 hours until potatoes are tender.
- Serve hot with parsley garnish.
