Ingredients
  

Sweet Potatoes
  • 4 large sweet potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
Topping
  • 2-3 cups mini marshmallows

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Lightly grease crockpot.
  2. Add sweet potatoes, butter, sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Cook on HIGH 3 hours or LOW 5-6 hours.
  4. Stir gently to coat potatoes in sauce.
  5. Add mini marshmallows on top.
  6. Cook 5–10 minutes until marshmallows melt.

Notes

Perfect for holidays. Add nuts for crunch or reduce sugar for a lighter version.
