  • 2 cucumbers diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
  • 3/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
Dressing

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
