- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in strawberries.
- Place 1 teaspoon filling in center of each wonton wrapper.
- Brush edges with egg and seal tightly.
- Heat oil to 350°F.
- Fry in batches until golden brown, about 1–2 minutes per side.
- Drain, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
Notes
Seal edges tightly to prevent filling leakage during frying.
