  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly butter a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook angel hair pasta until al dente; drain and toss with olive oil.
  3. Brown ground beef in a skillet until no longer pink; drain fat.
  4. Add onion and garlic; cook until fragrant.
  5. Stir in tomato sauce, seasoning, salt, and pepper; simmer 5–7 minutes.
  6. Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  7. Layer pasta, creamy mixture, and sauce; repeat layers.
  8. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan; cover with foil and bake 20 minutes.
  9. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes until golden and bubbly.
  10. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
