Ingredients
  

Ham Pot Pie Filling
  • 2 cups cooked ham diced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 cup carrots diced
  • 1/2 cup celery diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk or half-and-half
  • 1 cup potatoes cooked and diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 package pie crusts top and bottom

Method
 

  1. Cook vegetables in butter until softened.
  2. Stir in flour, then broth and milk to form sauce.
