  • 3 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed butter crackers
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch dish.
  2. Boil noodles until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, and seasonings.
  4. Fold in shredded chicken and peas.
  5. Stir in noodles and spread mixture into the prepared dish.
  6. Combine melted butter with crushed crackers and sprinkle on top.
  7. Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
