Milkshake Base
  • 1 cup whole milk for infusion
  • 2 bags Earl Grey tea
  • 1 teaspoon dried culinary lavender
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Heat milk until steaming. Add Earl Grey tea bags and lavender, remove from heat, and steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain infused milk and chill completely.
  3. Blend chilled milk with ice cream, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour into glasses, garnish if desired, and serve immediately.
