Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix softened butter and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gradually stir in flour until a soft dough forms.
  4. Roll dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place on baking sheet.
  5. Flatten slightly and bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set.
  6. Cool briefly before transferring to a wire rack.
