Easy Baked Tilapia with Lemon Garlic Butter
  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon zest and juice
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • lemon slices for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place tilapia on baking sheet and brush with lemon garlic butter.
  4. Bake 10–12 minutes until fish flakes easily.
  5. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices before serving.

Notes

For the best texture, don’t overbake tilapia—check at 10 minutes.
