Ingredients
  

Burritos
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 6 large flour tortillas

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Mixing spoon
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Cook onion and garlic in oil until softened.
  2. Brown ground beef and drain excess fat.
  3. Add seasoning and water; simmer until thickened.
  4. Fill tortillas with beef and cheese, then roll into burritos.
  5. Serve or crisp burritos in skillet if desired.
