Ingredients
  

Bibimbap Base
  • 4 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup zucchini, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 4 eggs
  • gochujang to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook rice and keep warm.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet.
  3. Add soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and sesame oil to beef.
  4. Sauté vegetables separately until tender.
  5. Fry eggs to desired doneness.
  6. Assemble rice bowls with beef, vegetables, egg, and sauce.

Notes

Serve immediately and mix well before eating for best flavor.
