Ingredients
  

Pie
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. Layer ham, cheese, and onions in the pie dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Whisk in Bisquick until smooth.
  5. Pour mixture over ham and cheese.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden and center is set.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing.
