- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brown kielbasa slices on both sides and remove from pan.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in cabbage and carrot, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook until cabbage is tender and lightly caramelized, 10–12 minutes.
- Return sausage, add vinegar, stir well, and garnish with parsley before serving.
