Ingredients
  

Cobbler Filling
  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 12 oz frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Biscuit Topping
  • 1 box Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
  • 2 cups milk for biscuit mix
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Layer chicken and vegetables evenly in the baking dish.
  3. Whisk soup, milk, garlic powder, and pepper; pour over filling without stirring.
  4. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top.
  5. Prepare biscuit mix with milk and spoon over casserole.
  6. Drizzle with melted butter and bake 45–50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
