Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 0.75 cup Marsala wine dry
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter unsalted

Method
 

  1. Season chicken and dredge lightly in flour.
  2. Pan-sear chicken until golden and cooked through.
  3. Cook mushrooms and garlic in the same skillet.
  4. Deglaze pan with Marsala wine and reduce.
  5. Add broth, simmer, and return chicken to sauce.

Notes

Use dry Marsala wine for best flavor.
