Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground pork sausage
  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 10 oz Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
  • 0.5 cup milk optional
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika

Method
 

  1. Brown sausage in skillet and drain.
  2. Add sausage, cheeses, Rotel, and spices to crock pot.
  3. Cook on LOW 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir until smooth and add milk if needed.
  5. Serve warm with chips and toppings.

Notes

Use spicy sausage and hot Rotel for extra kick.
