Method
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Pour salsa over the chicken and sprinkle taco seasoning evenly on top.
- Add cream cheese in chunks over the mixture.
- Cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours.
- Shred chicken with two forks and stir everything together.
- Serve warm over rice, in tacos, or however desired.
Notes
For a spicier version, use hot salsa or add jalapeños.
