Method
- Activate yeast with warm milk and sugar.
- Mix dough ingredients and knead until smooth.
- Let dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll dough into a rectangle and brush with butter.
- Cover with cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Cut strips, stack, and fold into loaf pan.
- Rise 30 minutes and bake at 350°F for 28–35 minutes.
- Drizzle with glaze and serve warm.
Notes
For an extra-soft loaf, brush with butter immediately after baking.
