Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1.75 cups warm water
  • 0.25 cup olive oil plus more for topping
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary optional
  • flaky sea salt for topping

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil; stir until sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover and let rise 1–2 hours until doubled.
  4. Transfer to oiled pan and stretch to corners.
  5. Rest 30–45 minutes, then dimple dough.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and rosemary.
  7. Bake at 425°F for 20–25 minutes until golden.
